The provided USB cord is great and you can connect the light to an adapter (not included), a portable power bank (love this option!) and also a laptop computer. When I’m not on video calls or taking selfies, I use the clip-on ring light for reading purposes and the different levels of brightness provides the flexibility I need to set the ambiance.
Here are some of the things that I really like about this product:
- The clip is made of high quality material, is durable and clips on to any desk
- The remote is an awesome plus that gives you control over 10 levels of brightness and different color modes
- The LED light is cool to the touch and won’t make eyes fatigued
- Having a USB connector makes it very portable and can connect to a variety of power sources
I’m not sure how long we’ll have to continue working from home but for the foreseeable future, I know that having this clip-on ring light will definitely help improve the lighting on my video calls so I don’t have to be that “one” individual who’s been living in the dark!
The flexible necks allows me to make the necessary adjustments to get the right amount of lighting during video calls as well as when taking selfies. The clip itself is very durable and hooks on to any surface that you can clip on to (a desk or corner of a monitor works too). The handy remote gives you a ton of features including controlling the brightness (there are 10 levels!) and you can toggle between three different color modes.
