How to Amplify Your Relaxation Easily in 2020

2020 has definitely been one of the craziest years I’ve experienced and I needed to find a better way for relaxation and tranquility to reduce stress levels and improve my sleep. Working from home has also been a struggle on most days and I’m grateful to have come across an innovative bluetooth sleep mask that truly has helped me take better care of myself during this pandemic. 

To be honest, I wasn’t sure how much of an impact it would have on me since I’m not one to get used to new things but let me tell you the difference it’s made for me! I’ve made it a habit to unplug from phone, my laptop and watching TV at night and with the addition of the sleep mask, I was able to finally feel more rested and refreshed in the mornings. 

I think one of the contributing factors has been 100% of the light is blocked out and also the added touch of relaxation music that helped me fall asleep much faster.

You can utilize your Apple and Android devices to broadcast music via bluetooth from your favorite music streaming services. The adjustable strap is super convenient and my favorite feature is the ultra soft, breathable material.
